These services are delivered in a set process to make it as stress free as possible for the customer. We aim to deliver all jobs in their entirety, from initial quotations to a detailed explanation of the installation or maintenance process plus offering complete after care.
Our Process
We aim to engage with the customer from the beginning, finding out their needs and requirements, then providing an estimate as reasonably accurate as possible to the task at hand. From this point forward, we may carry out a site survey and final quotation for approval. From there if successful we aim to deliver the service in a timely manner and offer after care assistance where required.
